Hot-Compressive Deformation Behavior of GH4133B Alloy with Different Compositions

    • The effects of deformation temperature and distortion on compression deformation behavior of GH4133B alloy with different compositions under the condition of strain ratio of 1 s-1 were studied by Gleeble 3500 thermol simulation tester. The results show that the deformation resistance reduced rapidly with increase of deformation temperature. Increasing deformation temperature and distortion, dynamic recrystallization led to more adequate proceeding. The compression properties of the alloy with carbon mass fraction of 0.062% were best, and decreasing the content of Al, Ti and Ni resulted to decrease of deformation resistance. The optimum deformation temperature was 1 100 ℃ and deformation distortion was 50%.
