    Preparation and Characterization of Nano-ZnFexCr2-xO4 Powders

      • Abstract
    • Nano-ZnFexCr2-xO4 powers were prepared by chemical coprecipitation method.Phase structures of the prepared six different kinds of powders were analyzed by XRD,and lattice parameters,particle size and density of them were calculated accrding to XRD results.Formation process and morphology of them were studied by TG/DTA,FTIR and SEM.The experimental results displayed that all the six samples had the same structure of spinel.And with the increase of Fe content,the crystal lattice expanded,the particle size decreased and the density lowered.
