Properties of Cerium-doped Barium Titanate/Carbonyl Iron Composite Powders Ware-Abosorbing Materials

    • Ce-doped barium titanate/carbonyl ware-abosorbing iron wave-absorbing composites with carbonyl iron of 10wt%-100wt% of were prepared by physical blending. The microstrure was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and infrared spectroscopy (IR),the electromagnetic properties and wave-absorbing properties of the composite were studied by using a vector network analyzer (PAN).The results show that, the composite blending evenly, and the particles did not found at agglomerated state. The composite had lower dielectric constant and permeability. When the mass fraction of carbonyl iron was 65%,the composite exhibited the smallest return loss peak value and own the best wave-return loss properties at the range of low frequency.
