    Simulation of Incremental Deep Drawing Process of Dish

    • The contacting area between the rotary die and the bank is varying continuously and still a difficult problem to simulate incremental deep drawing process.The simulation of the processing of dish with aluminum A1100 was carried out by Deform-3D.The result indicate:the load of punch in the increment deep drawing is very much lower than that in traditional deep drawing.the load-time curve of the male die and the effective strain of the blank are obtained,and then the peak force at each step of the male die and the strain of the blank are very good agreement with the published experimental result of dish.
