    Research Progress of Hydroxyapatite Coatings Preparation on C/C Composite Surface

    • The recent research progress of preparation technology of hydroxyapatite (HA) coatings on carbon/carbon (C/C) composites surface was reviewed.The bonding strengths between C/C coating and HA with different technologies were analyzed.The strategies for improving the bonding strength are suggested to be substrate modification and morphology control.With the help of induction heating deposition method,chemically bonded HA coating on C/C substrate could be obtained and the scratch load could be up to 13.1 N (i.e.shear bonding strength of 61.3 MPa),which could correspond the clinical usage.
