  • The induction heating production process of bends was simulated by the simulation technology.The effects of temperature,deformation degree and deformation cooling rate on microstructure and properties of X70 pipeline steel were studied.The results show that the strength and toughness of X70 pipeline steel both can be improved by thermal deformation.When deformation temperature was lower than 1 050 ℃ toughness of X70 could be improved.The toughness of X70 was also improved when the deformation cooling rate increased.
