    Thickness Surface Alloying Technology Ball Mill Orifice with Casting-penetration

    • The method of obtaining cast steel matrix ball mill orifice infiltrated with chromium particles was introduced.The results show that the orifice has dense structuve with the optimal technological parameter of pouring at 1 650 ℃,coating thickness 7.0-7.5 mm,4% binder and 4% flux at 300 ℃ for 3 h.The ball mill orifice with good quality of hardness is nearly 58 HRC and thickness 7.0-7.5 mm can be obtained.
