    • A study on corrosion resistance of newly developed Q460qNH steel was carried out in laboratory by means of wet-dry alternated accelerated corrosion and electro-chemical tests,and the steel was compared with high strength bridge steel Q460q and SPA-H weathering steel with superior corrosion resistance.The mechanism of corrosion resistance of tested steels was analyzed.The results show that the corrosion resistance of Q460qNH steel was the same as that of SPA-H weathering steel,and superior to that of the ordinary Q460q steel.The small amount of Cu,Cr and Ni content could improve the corrosion resistance of the tested steel.
