    Microstructure and Performance Contrast between Laser Cladding and Overlay Joint Layer of Inol-based High Chromium Alloy

    • The surface molding microstructure,wear resistance and morphology of wear-surface of two sorts of iron-based high chromium wear-resistant alloys,which were made by laser cladding and overlay joint respectively,were analyzed and compared.It is showed that the surface image is smooth,the distortion of samples is small,the microstructure is homogeneous and fine and the dilution rate is smaller by laser cladding than by overlay joint.The micro-hardness of laser cladding is averagely 300 HV higher than that of overlay joint layer.The wear mass loss of tempered laser cladding is 50% less than that of overlay joint layer.
