Abstract
The electronic aluminum foil was rolled under different tensions. The rolling force, thickness difference, surface morphology, dislocation density and surface residual stress of electron aluminum foil were analyzed, and the surface morphology of electrode foil was observed. The results show that decreasing the tension to roll the electronic aluminum foil under the experimental condition caused rolling force, surface roughness and dislocation density increasing, surface residual stress reducing uniformity, and the thickness difference increasing, thus forming fine and dense corrosion holes on electronic foil surface to increase specific capacitance of the electrode foil.
