  • The Fe3Al intermetallic porous materials were fabricated by means of powder metallurgy process.The properties of pores and the pore-forming mechanism were studied.The specific area and average effective pore radius were analyzed by simulation.The results show that with the increase of open porosity,the specific area decreased and the average effective pore radius increased,the average effective pore radius and specific area of 25wt%PMMA are 21.6 μm and more than 2 000 cm2·cm-3 respectively.The very small pores on the wall of large pores would help pore forming agents to volatilize and play a role in the increase of the penetrability and specific area.
