Influence of Cold Rolling Process on Plastic Strain Ratio of 1100 Aluminum Alloy Plates and Earring Ratio of Cup-shaped Parts

Abstract
Tensile test was performed to get different plastic strain ratios of 1100 aluminum alloy plates caused by three kinds of cold rolling process, which were treated with fitting processing based on the anisotropic distribution function, the texture was detected by means of the orientation distribution functions (ODF) and compared with the earring ratio of final cup-shaped parts.A reasonable cold rolling process of 1100 aluminum alloy plates was determined. The results show that the tensile properties of the plates exhibited obvious anisotropy with different production processes. The plastic strain ratio showed the most obvious effect on earning. When the mid-annealing at (550-580) ℃ for 16 h was adopted during the cold rolling process, the anisotropy of plates was reduced by adjusting texture composition and proportion, and the plates could meet the requirement of earring ratio for cup-shaped parts.
