  • Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) coating was prepared on the hooked surface of metal by casting and molding.The result showed that hooked structure improved the binding force between matrix and coating.The molding technology,including prepressing (6MPa)→sintering(200~210℃×3.5h)→pressurization(8MPa)→pressure holded→cooling→mold unloading,could prepare UHMWPE coating on the hooked surface of metal matrix,and prepared specimen had good wearability and thermal conductivity.
