Research Progress of Particle Reinforced Iron-Based Wear-Resistant Materials

Several aspects in research of particle reinforced iron-based wear-resistant materials, such as the selection of reinforced particles, classification of manufacturing technology and wear resistance are summarized. The characteristics of preparing iron-based wear-resistant materials by in-situ synthesis, and the comparison of several preparing technologies are analyzed emphatically. The problem in preparing particle reinforced iron-based wear-resistant materials and the development direction of the materials are pointed out.
