    Load Analysis of Aluminium Alloy Wheel with Consideration of Residual Stress

    • Aiming at the structure module simulation of the aluminium alloy wheel casting with residual stress,the interface mode of software ProCAST and ANSYS was analyzed.Data exchange programs were compiled for the connection of the ProCAST software with ANSYS software in the MATLAB environment.The data exchange programs were certified through an example of low pressure die casting aluminum alloy wheel.The node,element and six components of the stress tensor at the node files were transmitted into ANSYS software using the interface program.Then the structure of the wheel was analyzed by the structure module of ANSYS.The phenomenon of initial dynamic state stress of the assemble wheel was simulated.
