    Thermal Compression Deformation Constitutive Equation of 7039 Aluminum Alloy

    • The flow stress features of 7039 aluminum alloy were studied by isothermal compression of cylindrical specimens at 300-500℃ and strain rate of 0.01-1 s-1 with Gleeble-1500 material simulation machine.The results show that strain rate and deformation temperature had a great effect on the flow stress.The flow stress increased with the increase of strain rate and decreased with the increase of deformation temperature.The flow stress of 7039 aluminum alloy during high temperature deformation process could be represented by Zener-Hollomon parameter including the Arrhenius term and the thermal deformation constitutive equation was =5.30×1012sinh(0.011σ)5.28×exp-173.68×103/(RT).
