    The Influence of HVAF Spraying Parameters on Adhesion Strength of Ni-based/WC-Co Composite Coating

    • Ni-based/WC-12%Co composite coating was sprayed by HVAF on the copper substrate.The influence of HVAF spraying parameters on the adhesion strength of coatings was studied by orthogonal test.The results show that the main parameters influencing on the coating properties are fuel gas pressure,spraying distance and grit pressure.The best combination of parameter is 170 mm spraying distance,0.49 MPa fuel gas pressure and 0.4 MPa grit pressure.
