Productive Technology and Mechanical Property of 5CrNiMoV Steel Forging Die Block

This paper studies the productive technology and mechanical property and microstructure of 5CrNiMoV steel forging die block. The results show that we can produce high quality 5CrNiMoV steel die block though forging technology and treatment technology. We had tested the mechanical property and microstructure on central position and 1/4 diagonal position with vertical and lateral of the die block. Tests show that 5CrNiMoV steel die block has nice function and it could meet requirements of users.
