    Adhesive Property of Solar Cell Backplane Modified by Low Temperature Plasma Surface Treatment

    • The surface of PET and PVDF films used for solar cell backplane were modified by low temperature plasma treatment, the effects of treatment time, discharge power, gas pressure, work gases on contact angle of films, and the peel strength of the solar cell backplane was tested. The result show that the contact angle of PET and PVDF films modified by plasma treatment decreased and its adhesive property was improved, the peel strength of solar cell backplane increased from 3.2 N·cm-1 to 11.9 N·cm-1 under the conditions of treatment time was 3 min, discharge power was 75 W and work gas pressure was 50 Pa.
