Research Status of Microwave Sintering for Metal Materials

Microwave sintering has been widely studied as a new method in recent years and has been used widely in the preparation of metals, ceramics and composites. The research status of microwave sintering for metal materials at home and abroad, including the characteristics of microwave sintering and some typical application examples in metal material filed, is introduced. The application prospects of microwave sintering is look forwoard, and some shortcomings of the technology in metal material preparing are pointed out.
