    Influence of Subzero Quenching and Anealing on Shape Memroy Effect of FeMnSiCrNi Alloy

    • The influence of subzero quenching and annealing on shape memory effect of FeMnSiCrNi alloy was studied.Subzero quenching and annealing treatment refined the microstructure and improved the shape memory effect of the alloy.Under the condition of subzero quenching at -50℃ and then annealing for 10 minutes at 450℃ with a deformation of 5%,the shape memory effect reached the best,shape recovery ratio increased to about 35%,about 15% higher than that by water-cooling quenching and annealing.Under the condition of deep cooling and then annealing at 400-600℃,shape recovery ratio was preferable.
