    Preparation and Size Control of Nanosized TiO2 Powder with Anatase Phase

    • Nanosized TiO2 powders of different diameters were prepared with the hydrolysis-homogeneous precipitation synthesized method by using TiCl4 as primary raw material at room temperature.The characteristics of the nanosized TiO2 powder were analyzed by TEM,XRD,specific surface area analyzer,TG-DTA and UV-VIS.Nanosized TiO2 powders of different diameters could be prepared when the precipitating agent with different concentrations is added.The crystalline grain size is uniforn,and the size distribution of the powder is narrow.The prepared nanosized TiO2 powders have high-purity and their phase structure is single anatase phase.
