Temperature Change and Static Softening in Deformation Interval Time of Q235 Steel during Dynamic Recrystallization
-
Abstract
Temperature change during dynamic recrystallization process and static softening behavior were studied under different thermal deformation conditions on Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator. The results show that dynamic recrystallization of the steel occured when deformed at the strain rate of 1s -1, and the deformation resistance declined and the temperature of samples decreased. While the sample temperature increased at the high strain rate of 5, 10 s-1. The sample had softening of 20%-95% in double-pass deformation interval time at 800 and 850 ℃.
