    Progress in Research of Welding Joint Properties and Welding Consumables of P92 Steel

    • P92 steel is a new type of ferritic refractory steel which has quickly developed at home and abroad in recent years.The present paper introduces the progress in research of welding joint properties and welding consumables of P92 steel.For the creep property,research activities were mainly focused on the mechanism of creep rupture,improvement of creep strength,evaluating mode,etc.For the fatigue property,the attention was put to the effects of hardness and temperature on the fatigue cracks.The improvement of toughness is summarized.It is pointed out that the key researches of the welding consumables are focused on gaining toughness and creep strength synchronously.The future trends of the studies on P92 welding are presented.
