  • On the principle of energy saving,environment protection and high efficiency,the technological process of producing nitrated manganese with electrolytic manganese as raw material had been successfully optimized,when the powder metallurgical and heat treatment process were adopted.The results show that when compacted electrolytic manganese powder has been forvacuumed twice,the block nitrated manganese with 8.97%-9.54% nitrogen content can be obtained between 823-1 173 K with 9-10 h and under 0.05-1 MPa pressure nitridation.
