A New Method for Preparation of Alumina Oxide Template
Anodic aluminum oxide template was prepared by a two-step method and the effect of voltage on the template was discussed and the appearance of the template was analyzed with SEM. Both the distribution and the size of the pores are regular.The pore size is about 40-70 nm and the pores spacing is about 110 nm.
