    Electrical Properties of MWNTs/Fe3Al Intermetallic Matrix Composites

    • MWNTs/Fe3Al intermetallic matrix composites with different compositions were fabricated by hot-pressing sintering and spark plasma sintering.The transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the microstructure of composites,and the electrical resistivity was measured using multimicro-omher.The electrical properties of the composites were analyzed.The results show that the conductivity of composites decreased with the increase of the content of MWNTs.The high interface potential between MWNTs and intermetallic compound,MWNTs self defect and distribution manners were the major factors to influence the electrical properties of the composites.
