    Tribological Properties of High Velocity Oxygen Fuel Sprayed Fe-Al/Cr3C2 Composite Coating

    • The Fe-Al/Cr3C2 composite coating was made on 20 steel by high velocity oxygen fuel(HVOF).The surface and phases of the coating were analyzed using X-ray,SEM and EDAX.The phases of the coating included Fe3Al,Cr3C2 and α-Fe.The wear rate of the coating descended with the temperature increasing.The tribological properties of HVOF sprayed Fe-Al/Cr3C2 was excellent.
