    Preparation of SnO2 Ultrafine Particles by Spray Pyrolysis Method and Optimization of Technological Parameters

    • With SnCl4·5H2O as precusor,SnO2 ultrafine particles were prepared by spray pyrolysis method. Effects of reaction temperature,precursor solution concentration and gas flow rate on the particle size and morphology of SnO2 particles were investigated. The results show that spherical SnO2 particles with an average size of 1.4 μm,uniform size distribution,good crystallinity and few shells and holes could be obtained under the experimental conditions of reaction temperature of 600 ℃,precursor solution concentration of 0.6 mol·L-1 and carrier gas flow rate of 124 L·h-1.
