Research Progress on Carbon Materials with High Thermal Conductivity

The heat conduction mechanism of highly oriented carbon materials was intruduced. The research progress of carbon allotropes such as diamond film, graphite, graphene, carbon nanotubes, carbon fiber and its composite was summarized from preparation method, cost and heat conduction property. And the future development of carbon materials with high thermal conductivity and its application prospect of thermal management materials were also discussed.
