Optimization of Process Parameters of Cold-Drawn Pipe for GH4169 Alloy

    • In order to optimize process parameters of cold-drawn pipe for GH4169 alloy, the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy after different cold-drawn deformations and heat treatments. The results show that δ phase precipitated from the large deformation alloy after heat treatment at 800-850 ℃, and δ phase dissolved completely at 1 000 ℃. The precipitation and dissolution behavior had significant effect on controlling of recrystallization. The suitable cold-drawn deformation was 40%-50%, intermediate heat treatment temperature was 1 000-1 050 ℃ and the final pipe heat treatment was 955-990 ℃.
