Abstract

PZT ferroelectric ceramic thin film was prepared on NiTi SMA substrate by sol-gel method.The effect of different surface states of NiTi SMA on combination between NiTi SMA and PZT ceramic thin film was studied by SEM .The effect of sintering temperature on phase compostion of ceramic thin film and NiTi SMA substrate was studied by XRD.The results show that the ceramic thin film possesse a single perovskite phase-PZT under the condition of sintering at 650 ℃.NiTi SMA with eroded surface has the best combination with the ceramic thin film.
