  • With SEM and XRD analyser,the effect of laser treatment on the structure and performance had been investigated by scanning Ni-P-SiC composite in coatings its different output power and compared to heating treatment in the furnace.It is discoveried that,after laser treatment,the composite coatings can obtain much more Ni3P and Ni2Si,Ni3Si.The hardness is higher than those of heat treatment in the furnace.The wear resistance of electroless composite coatings can also rise.
