    Production Processing and Properties of UNS N08904 Super Austenitic Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe

    • UNS NO8904 super austenitic stainless steel seamless pipe with size of 32 mm×7 mm was localized in China by cold rolling, cold drawing, solid solution and pickling treatments, and the mechanical properties at room temperature, grains size, intergranular corrosion performance of the finished pipe were studied. The results show that the key processes were solid solution and pickling, the mid-annealing process was (1 060-1 100) ℃×40 min and the finished annealing process was (1 040-1 080) ℃×35 min. The pickling solution was comprised by 6vol%HF and 12vol% HNO3 and the pickling temperature and time were 30-40 ℃ and 15 h,respectively. The properties of the finished pipe were agree with the relevant standards under the above processes.
