Effect of Contents of KH-570 in Hybrid Sealing Agents on Sealing Property of Plasma Sprayed Coating

A sort of novel KH-570/SiO2 hybrid sealing agent was prepared by sol-gel method(taking TEOS as the precursor of SiO2),and it was used to treating the surface of plasma sprayed Al2O3-13% TiO2 coating,and the effect of KH-570 content on sealing property of the coating was studied.The results reveal that,KH-570 was grafted onto the surface of SiO2,and formed the organic-inoganic hybrid material KH-570/SiO2.When the volume ratio of TEOS to KH-570 was 4∶5,the property of the hybrid sealing agent was good with solid content of 36.66%,the uniform film without cracks was obtained,meanwhile the sealed coating had the lowest porisity of 4.88×10-3%.
