    Air Sound Absorption Property of Porous Aluminum

    • The air sound absorption property of porous aluminum was studied. The sound absorption coefficient was smaller in low frequency (<1kHz) than that in high frequency (>1kHz).In high frequency,the sound absorption coefficient could reach 0.85 and decreased when the porosity and pore diameter decreased.When the porosity and pore diameter reduced,the sound absorption curve moved to the low frequency zone and the frequency bandwidth increased at the same time.
