The Computer Solidification Simulation of Large-scale Pelagic Ship Rudder Horn

Using three dimensional drawing software solidworks to make the solid mass model of large-scale rudder horn steel casting.The temperature field numerical had been made with HUAZHU CAE software.The location and the cause of shrink were forecasted and optimized technological.The result shows that it can shorten pre-periodic time and reduce pre-loss,and increase economic benefits and competitive strength of enterprise by HUAZHU CAE technology.
