    Effect of Heat Treatment Technology on Fatigue Lives of 22Cr Duplex Stainless Steel

    • Fatigue lives of 22Cr duplex stainless steel with different heat treatment technologies were investigated by fatigue experiments.The results show that compared with the as-received sheets,the fatigue life of the 22Cr duplex stainless steel with solution treatment at 1 050 ℃ decreased slightly.The fatigue life of the steel aged at 850 ℃ was improved and the fatigue life of the steel aged at 475 ℃ was increased considerably.A linear relationship existed between the equivalent fatigue limit and the tensile strength of the steel.
