    • Hot incremental forming technological test of cross-rolled AZ31B magnesium alloy was carried out by using orthogonal experiment method.The hot incremental deformation law of the alloy was investigated at different temperatures and forming parameters.The results show that the optimum conditions were the amount of feed was 0.1 mm,feed rate was 1 800 mm·min-1 at 250℃,the forming limit angle could reach to 61°.It was demonstrated that the thickness distribution along the hot formed part still accorded with the cosine law.
